Not sure if you guys have seen this already, or if this is of interest to you guys, but here is the link to the US Army's Reimer Training and Doctrine Digital Library (https://rdl.train.army.mil/soldierPortal/soldier.portal).

Now, you will get a Untrusted Security Certificate error when you visit the site, but this can be ignored. If you want a full explanation why you get the error, just visit the following link about US Dept of Defense Security Certificates.

Apart from the PDF'd field manuals and battle drills, the best find in this library is the Interactive Multimedia Instructions (IMI). Here are a few examples:

071-311-2007: ENGAGE TARGETS WITH AN M16-SERIES RIFLE
    https://rdl.train.army.mil/soldierPortal/atia/adlsc/view/public/23388-1/CM/071-311-2007/INDEX.HTML

071-326-0501: MOVE AS A MEMBER OF A FIRE TEAM
    https://rdl.train.army.mil/soldierPortal/atia/adlsc/view/public/23342-1/CM/071-326-0501/INDEX.HTML

071-326-0557: SELECT HASTY FIRING POSITIONS DURING AN URBAN OPERATION
    https://rdl.train.army.mil/soldierPortal/atia/adlsc/view/public/23321-1/CM/071-326-0557/INDEX.HTML

You will need Internet Explorer to view the multimedia instructions. Theirs downloadable PDF's or you can watch the multimedia instructions. The instructions are very simple, and I think would help train "young soldiers" quickly.

As soon as I find more or them, I'll post them here on the training site.
