Since my home-coming (thanks for the flowers barry) it is time to sort the unit out.
Down to business, people are not fufilling my aims of what I wanted the squad to be like. So from now on things will be changing.
I will further outline my goals in a later post but expect changes guys. If people are unable to fulfill my aims we will be saying good-bye to them.
I have enough of the current shit-sacking occur between people.
Those whom I expect changes will recieve an outlined PM, and all will be addressed in an upcoming meeting.
